Friendly staff, good location - close to major attractions
They promised a late check-out when booking on this site, but asked to vacate the room at 12, bad noise insulation between rooms

Location was great. Very close to one of the Grand Bazaar gates and Beyazit monorail. In 15 minutes walk we were at Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Basillica Cistern etc area. Hotel room was spacious but not luxury just a good place to drop your bags and go.
Hotel staff do not speak much English but you get by ok. Breakfast was ok, lots of cheese but limited amounts of other things like cereal or spreads.

As it was not my first time in Istanbul i knew that it is a bit far (15-20 min walk or 1 stop by metro) from Aya Sofia, but just 5min from one of the Grand Bazar enterances and Beyazit Metro station. but it was ok for us. I travelled with friend and ordered twin room. they didn't have twin, so gave us family room with one double bed and 3 single beds with the same price as for twin. so we had 4 beds for 2 people. if u are looking for a hotel just to spend nights and walking is not a problem this hotel is absolutely ok. breakfasts were tipically turkish (yougurt, vegetables, olives, cheese, turkish bread) and tasty. there was always somebody who speaks english, so no problem with this.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The room size was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.
The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with the room not being cleaned thoroughly and mold found in the bathroom. The breakfast provided was basic and did not offer a wide variety of options.

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds! The hotel is near shops and restaurants. The guys at the reception speak Bulgarian and they are very polite. Some may find the street to the hotel too steep but actually it is not far away from the main street and the tram stop.

Value for money hotel, located close to many important sightseeing places, so that someone can walk to them easily. Furthermore, T1 tram station is 5' walk from hotel. Very friendly staff, rooms also clean.
Booked.net should relocate the hotel on map. Not very far, but one could get lost easily. Nothing bad with the hotel.
